It Ain't OVER 'Til the Fat Lady Sings (Japanese: OVER!テメーはオレがぶっ倒す!って天の助が言ってました〜!!! "OVER! I'll Defeat You!" Said Tennosuke-!!!) is the thirty-third episode of the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on October 30, 2004, and in the United States on June 17, 2006.

Changes from the manga

• In the manga, Bo-bobo and the others beat Gunkan up. In the anime, they paint grafitty on his face.
• The swords at the Desperado Colosseum (Calamity Canyon in the dub) are replaced by bear traps.
• In the manga, Tennosuke uses a technique called "Intestine Magnum" to throw Bo-bobo's intestines to OVER who then squash them. In the anime, Tennosuke fails and he and Bo-bobo begin to trade punches unsuccesfully.
• The "Fart Cloud" is replaced by the Kintoun.
• The scene where Bo-bobo's ears are bleeding is cut out in the anime.

Trivia

there are 2 refrerences to Dragon Ball Z throughout the episode, one of which Don Patch latches onto OVER and self distructs, saying "Good bye, me friend!" mimicing the scene where the character Chiaotzu self-destructs on Nappa, and when Bo-bobo calls a golden cloud to catch himself like Goku's sentient cloud Nimbus
