Changes from the manga
- In the anime dub when Pana is defeated, he takes a nap instead of losing consciousness.
- In the anime dub when Don Patch tries to plead Heppokomaru into coming back, instead of saying that he'll stop letting him without snack food, he says he won't force Heppokomaru to eat vegetables anymore.
- In the manga, when the silhouettes of the other 6 Electric Brain Warriors are shown, you can actually see some of the other victims.
- Instead of using yams, Bo-bobo uses banana peels to stop Pana's 360 Cyclone.
- When Dengakuman gets hit by Don Patch's Idiot Ball, instead of getting an "A" on his exam by cheating, he becomes the smartest student in a class of bears.
- In the manga, the Bo-bobo Wave is a Beretta P-36 Magnum. In the anime, it is a laser gun.
